Shipping policy
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Area
We ship our products within Germany and to all countries of the European Union (EU). Depending on the size and weight of the item, delivery is handled via DHL or by freight forwarding (carrier). For selected products, local pickup at our store is also possible – this will be indicated directly on the product page.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders over €50. For orders below this amount, shipping costs may vary depending on the product type and destination country. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
3. Delivery Times
Most of our products are custom-made and manufactured upon order. Therefore, the estimated delivery time is typically around 2–4 weeks. Exact delivery times depend on the specific product and will be communicated during checkout or in your order confirmation. In-stock items (where available) are usually shipped within 3–5 business days.
4. Freight Delivery
Larger items, such as furniture or custom-made products, are delivered via freight forwarding. The carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery date. Please note that deliveries are usually made to curbside (ground level) unless stated otherwise in the product description.
5. Local Pickup
Local pickup is possible for selected items by prior arrangement. In this case, shipping costs are waived. Please contact us after placing your order to schedule a pickup time.
6. Partial Deliveries
If your order includes products with different delivery times, we may ship items in partial deliveries depending on availability – at no additional shipping cost to you.
7. Transport Damage
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. In case of visible transport damage, we kindly ask you to notify us by email (shop@schweizer-wk.com), ideally with a photo, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
